Disc Filters have a wide application range within the industrial water treatment sector as well as for general water filtration and use in aquaculture. JKmatic Industrial Technologies Disc Filters are perfect for use in applications where automatic self-cleaning of the filter is desired without interruption of the flow of water.
The modular construction of our Disc Filters means we can provide customized units with up to 1000m3/hr production rates. Constructed from corrosion free materials, our Disc Filters are designed for reliability in even the harshest of environments. In applications such as irrigation, Disc Filters can filter as low as 5 microns making them suitable for use with most water saving drip irrigation applications.

What's the difference between JKmatic Disc Filter and other Disc Filter?
Jkmatic disc filter is a selective water treatment filteration equipment with its own patented technology. It is the only spring-free and metal-free disc filter in the world.
Based on its patent technology, JKmatic has officially launched a series of disc filters for sea water, which is intended for the filtration of brackish water and Sea water Desalination project. Compared with spring disc filters,it has higher corrsion and chemical resistance as the water has no contact with metal parts.
Whats more, JKmatic Disc filter has a very high filtration grade as 5 micron and backwash pressure lower as 1.2 bar, saving water up to 40% and energy up to 20%. The Cyclic teest can reach more than 100,000 times,bursting pressure more than 32 bar. Significantly improved the overall performance and life-span.
