Product Description
1. Product introductionDMC Technology specially developed this mobile type X-ray monitor system for steel cord conveyor belt in 2017, which has received high praise from customers, also because of the demand to scan multiple belts with different lengths and widths. This mobile detector is simpler in structure, lighter in weight and easier to install than previous fixed equipment and can scan multiple steel cord conveyor belts in a short time.
2. Functions
(1) Remote operation: device users can remotely complete all equipment operation and status monitoring.
(2) Real-time display: the operating status of the belt is displayed on the computer screen in real time like a film for users to watch on site.
(3) Holographic storage: the belt data acquired is completely stored in the hard disk, which ensures that the belt image is almost the same as the actual belt when processing and playing back.
(4) Automatic recognition: the device can automatically analyze the belt data without the assistance of personnel, recognize the breakage and abnormality information in the data of the entire belt, and classify and list all defects, so as to facilitate users to conduct specific maintenance.
(5) Video playback: reproduce the entire operating process of the belt, and adjust the running speed of the belt, so that users can have a detailed view and automatically jump to the corresponding defect image position by double-clicking the defect, thus saving the user's time of looking for it.
(6) Defect location: accurately locate each defect recognized through the pixel data, and display the location information in the observation window and report.
(7) High magnification: Realize subtle observation of various defects, such as wire splitting and corrosion, with the principle of magnifying glass.
(8) Accurate distant measurement: the distance between any two points in the belt can be measured through simple operation, which is accurate to 1mm.

5.Product Installation
(1) It is installed in the lower belt, which will not affect the normal transport operation of the belt conveyor.
(2) The structure of the product is simple, with free combination of the two, which can be adapted to a belt conveyor in any height, width and length.
(3) It only needs the lower belt of the steel-cord conveyor belt to pass through the middle between the X-ray generator and the X-ray receiving controller.
(4) The product is tightly dust-proof and can be applied to any working conditions, such as raining, snowing, dusty and other environments.
(5) The product is extremely light and convenient, which can be installed, commissioned and tested by 1 person only.
(6) In order to ensure the detection effect and accuracy, it is better to install the device at the position with flat ground and small belt vibration; power supply, with a voltage of AC100V-265V, shall be provided on the site of the device.
(7) Notice: Because it is a mobile device which detects belts in different lengths, widths and heights, it is impossible to give a standard mounting bracket and radiation shield. Users need to make the installation bracket and radiation shield according to the site conditions of the conveyor belt.
6. Working procedure
The laptop sends the operation command to the X-ray receiving controller, which will execute the related operations such as open the power supply, turn on the beam, collect and process data after receiving the command sent by the software. The X-ray beam emitted by the X-ray generator penetrates the belt and is captured by the photoelectric sensor in the X-ray receiver. The visible image of the inner part of the belt will be formed after being processed by photoelectric conversion, and the data is sent to the laptop for viewing, analysis and storage.
7. Product material
The product shell is made of high-strength aluminum alloy, which not only has high strength, corrosion resistance, and effectively protects the internal components of the product, secondly, the design greatly reduces the weight of the product, highlights the characteristics of mobile type equipment, that it is convenient for transportation and installation. The aluminum alloy material has also greatly improved the grade of the entire device because of its unique texture and touch.
