Shipping container house is a movable and reusable building product, also called "box house" or "prefab house", it can be put into use very conveniently and efficiently because of modular design and factory production. A container is a basic unit, it can be used alone, or it can form a spacious use space through different combinations of horizontal and vertical directions. The container house unit structure is a standard component with special section steel connected by bolts, the container house wallboard and sideboard are made of rock wool board or glass wool board covered with colored steel.

Q: What about the package for the container house?
A: Container house is in a flat-pack. Other houses will be loaded into shipping containers(main structure and panels in bulk, door/ceiling/floor tiles/furniture in cartons, sanitary/electrical/plumbing/ hardware/ fittings/ tools in wooden case )..
Q: How to prevent the possible damage during long time sea transportation for container house?
A: 1. We'll make necessary support to the window & door holes, side rails and posts.
2. Cover steel or plywood on the windows
3. Lock containers doors & personnel doors.
Q: How about the payment?
A: Usually in container line, it is 40% T/T deposit in advance, the balance is paid before shipment.
