Automatic Hotmelt Adhesive Glue Line(USA Nordson hotmelt application system)
***Machine brief introduction***
The principle of work: the first layer foam is put into the feeding line of the feeding mouth by manual, and the foam is transferred automatically to the middle by centering conveyor, then it is conveyed to the spraying position after the above process. After self-detection of foam thickness, length, width, the sensor will adjust the nozzles' height, and make sure the spray glue pattern size will not exceed the foam's size. Glue trajectory could be set on the touch screen, it could be as straight line, wave line or combination pattern. Second layer foam or felt is also be used the same spray glue way. The sprayed materials are assembled on the assembly platform manually. First, the foam border and the bottom foam are fitted and glued together to make it as a box, then put the innerspring unit into it, covered by a glued foam, one spring bed core with foam border is assembled. The spring bed core is conveyed to the pressure holding platform for compression so as to ensure the hot melt adhesive is firmly adhered.

acceptance certificate. For the wearing parts, consumption of materials and the damage incurred by the Buyer's incorrect operation are out of the warranty range.

Any malfunction or damage occurs during warranty ( man-made causes and force majeure exclusively), please email or call us immediately, professional engineers will be arranged on the resolution, free cost of changing new parts (consumable parts excluded).
