Extrusion equipment for PVC profiles and PVC foam profiles

Application: Profile extrusion equipment is equipped with parallel twin-screw or conical twin-screw or single-screw extruder, which can process PVC plastic-steel door and window profiles, special-shaped porous threading pipes, decorative profiles and other products.

Profile extrusion equipment is composed of extruder, vacuum setting table, tractor, cutting machine, film laminating machine, stacking rack and other parts. The main models are: AFF150, AFF250, AFF300, AFF600, AFF1000.

Features of counter-rotating parallel twin-screw extruder:

Referring to foreign technology, the unique screw design has the characteristics of uniform plasticization, stable operation and high output.

The barrel heating adopts copper fin ceramic heater or cast aluminum heater, and the barrel cooling adopts air cooling, which has good barrel heating and cooling effect and precise temperature control.

The screw core adopts external circulation or internal circulation temperature control system to avoid over-plasticization of materials caused by high output.

The vacuum exhaust system is adopted in the mixing section of the barrel, which can discharge the moisture and volatile gas in the material, and can improve the quality of the product.

It is suitable for processing powdery PVC heat-sensitive materials.

There are a variety of electrical control systems to choose from (such as 1. Temperature control meter switch type control system, 2. PLC automatic control system), stable production, simple control and easy operation.
