I.Brief Introduction

RE-Z3 (Plush Computer Controlled Massage Type) is a kind of new product which adopts DC electric reducer machine as power supply to carry out traction treatment. Its traction power and traction force are controlled by computer chip. This apparatus can realize many functions: automatic intermittent traction, reposition for rest, continuous traction, automatic protection for excessive traction force and automatic compensation for insufficient traction force. With a higher degree of automation, it is easy to operate.

III. Installation Method

(1) Insert the upright post of traction machine into the steel loop which is behind the chair from top to bottom and lock it with screws. Fix one end of hoisting cable on stretching machine and hang the other end on the transducer.

(2) Adjust tripod and pulley which are on the top of upright post to make it in the midst. Hang the head traction band on the hooks of tripod's beam. Plug in the power cord and install the protective tube.

(3) Check if pulleys are lean and properly adjust it. Check whether the hoisting cable is in the pulley groove (If not, put it in). Pull the transducer's hoisting cable and check the movement of tripod's beam.

Then as far as that, installation is finished.

IV. Operation Method

A.  After plugging in, nixietube will display a program worked out by software. Press any key, the first action is to carry out reposition. Then you can do routine traction after reposition.

B.   Follow the doctor's directions: sit on the chair, hold emergency application switch by hands, and wear head traction band. By adjusting the length of tripod beam to change the angle of cervical traction according to the patient's condition. Make sure the hoisting cable is in the pulley groove (If not, put it in; Otherwise, it may breaks and hurts the patient.). Adjust the regulatory chain behind the chair and moderately strain the steel rope. (Otherwise, there will be no traction power in the whole traction mileage.)

C.   Modify program: If the displayed program is not in accordance with your requirement, you can modify it. Before modifying, the numerical value is twinkling (Only the twinkling digit can be modified). By pressing "INPUT +" or "INPUT-", you can get your target numerical value. If you want to modify other numerical value, just press the "CHOICE" key, and then operate as above-mentioned method. After modifying the data, it can go further work.

D.  Traction reposition: When program works, traction reposition is controlled by set time (software programming). When treat the next patient, in order to tie the patient easily, must drop the beam and head traction band to the lowest position. You can press "REPOSITION" key on panel to realize reposition. "REPOSITION" is a inching switch. Reposition function only works by pressing "REPOSITION" key. When emergency reposition needed in the process of treatment, press "REPOSITION" key to stop traction. Besides above operation method, patient himself can realize reposition by pressing "REPOSITION" on emergency handle to decrease traction force to zero if he feels uncomfortable in the process of traction.

E.   This machine can do continuous traction (like working style a), intermission traction (like working style b), repeated traction (like working style c).

Working Style a: If you want to do continuous traction, you should set both intermission time and traction time as "0". Adjust the total time and initialize the continuous traction as your request.
