PVDF is an opaque, semi-crystalline thermoplastic containing fluorine. PVDF material has excellent chemical resistance, but does not have the disadvantages of low mechanical strength and high processing difficulty of other fluorine plastics. The melting point of PVDF is 171 degrees.
