Brief Description
Double girder gantry crane is of gantry crane with large lifting capacity, long span, multi-function and high efficiency, which can be widely used in outdoor storage, material yard, railway goods station, port / quay area and other place to load / unload goods.
Technical Characteristics
- 1. The box type double girder being applied, that the work space enlarged and transportation, installation and maintenance are facilitated as well;
- 2. Trolley conduct is of trail cable along the steel rail;
- 3. Components and spare parts are of standardization and general utilization to facilitate installation and after sale service;
- 4. Power supply for the crane can be cable reel and contact conductor for customer's selection;
- 5. Operator cabin has a good visible, where control table, fan, heater, cooler, air condition and telecommunication can be arranged reasonably to create a well work condition.;
- 6. Such tie-down as rail clamp, ground anchor, anchor chain are placed to prevent storm.
Main Technical Specification
- Lifting capacity is 200 ton (max.).
- The span is of 40m (max.).
- Lifting speed for both upper trolley and lower trolley is of variable speed or as requirement.
- Lifting height can be 15m or as required.
- Trolley traversing speed is variable one and according to the real requirements.
- Traveling speed of the crane is variable speed and can be designed according to customer's requirements.
- Span and base is according to real yard arrangement.
- Controlled by operator cabin, which can be reached by ladder arranged on the rigid leg.
- Maintenance crane will be equipped on the crane of large SWL.
- Other technical parameter can be design according to work condition of shipbuilding gantry crane.
- The working duty is A5~A8.

Material for Crane Construct
- Material for general crane construct is Q235B, which should be changed into Q345B when the limit temperature is below -40 centigrade.
- Material for crane wheel is 42 CrMo.
- Portal hook for ladle is forged one.
- The steel rope is flexible one or customer's required.
Component Used on Crane
- Electric motor is well-known one in China, like Jiamusi or other international one like ABB, SEW and so on as customer's requirement.
- Reducer is SEW of other equivalent ones.
- Inverter is SE, ABB or some other international ones.
- Such important electric components as breaker, contactor, and fuse are of SE, Siemens and so on.
- Other ones can be followed according to our customer's requirement.

- Main girder, rigid leg, flexible leg, ground beam and other large component covered by rain-proof clothes.
