This stator coil winding inserting machine adpots a horizontal type structure. This machine is suitable for long stack length stators. The longest stack length could be 600mm.With this coil inserter, it is necessary to manually load slot wedges before the coil inserting process has taken place. It is controlled by Mitsubishi AC servo motor and pneumatic element system drive, equipped with X and Y spindle auto feeding device. It can automatically insert coil and wedge into stator slot simultaneously.
