  A: If product quality or other problems are caused by our factory, we will confirm with the customer the problem and the resulting loss as soon as possible.

And make up for the customer's losses and make solutions that are most beneficial to the customer. Of course, we have not encountered this problem yet, because before each shipment, our QC personnel will carefully check the customer's goods to ensure that no problems occur.
