Product Description

Li-ion 6S 24V 15A Lithium Battery Protection Board with balance PCM BMS

We can customize any BMS from 1S to 32S lithium batteries with current 10A to 250A.

Our advantages:
1> Use top qualit (A-level) protective integrated circuit IC, from the solution of Seiko of Japan.
2> Strong load ability, constant discharge current 10A~250A , use high voltage resistance, low inner resistance power Mosfet. The heat sink will greatly help cooling.
3> IC itself has power balancing function. The circuit is simple and reliable.
4> Typical voltage detection for each cell. So each battery will be prevented over charged or over discharged. Over current and short circuit protection function is very reliable. long time short circuit of the load won't affect the PCB and the battery.Temperature protection during charging and discharging.
5> Extreme low power consumption. the consumption of the whole device is less than 50uA.
6> PCB use high anti-corrosion, high water resistance, high impedance ESD conformal coating.

FAQ
Q: How do I know what material OR type my battery is ?
A: Please look the battery body,if the normal voltage of your battery shows 3.2V,the battery is LiFePo4.If the normal voltage of your battery shows 3.6V or 3.7V, the battery is Li-ion or Li-polymer battery, You can also ask battery manufacturer for the material of battery.

Q: Is this BMS suit for my battery?
A: This BMS suit your battery or not depends on below 2 points:
How many series you cell is in your battery pack? The BMS you buy must be same series as your battery pack.
What material your battery is? Only the LiFePo4 battery has different electric parameter from other battery, so if you need buy the BMS for LiFePo4, Please let us know firstly.

Q: What is the Common port and Separate port? what is the difference?
A: We take 13S 48V16A BMS as example:
Common port 16A means your charge cathode and discharge cathode are connected in the same point end (our P-),  charge cathode and discharge cathode are used in the common connection port, so the charge current and discharge current are same as 16A.
Separate port is separately connected by charge cathode (our C-) and discharge cathode (our P-), so the charge current and discharge current are different, discharge current is 16A, charge current is 8A.

Q: What is the balance function?Do we need cell balance or not?
A: The working principle and function are as followings:
When your one cell voltage was reached balance voltage(Li-ion 4.18V, LifePo4 3.6V), that cell balance start work, balance resistance starts discharge with 35mA, that cell was in both charging and discharging status, and other cells were not reached balance voltage(Li-ion 4.18V, Life Po43.6V), so they are only in charging status, when the fast cell voltage was reached overcharge voltage (Li-ion 4.25V, Life Po4 3.75V),BMS starts off power protection, all the cells are stop charging, this process will enable your battery charging in balance current, and your battery voltage are in balance status.
However, if your cell voltage difference are in a big range, The equilibrium effect is almost zero,The solution is to replace cells with large voltage gaps.

Q: The relationship between battery capacity(AH or mAH) and BMS current(A)?
A:There is no direct relationship between battery capacity and BMS current, big capacity doesn't mean big current, but rely on continue current, that is to say if your engine is powerful, you should choose high current of BMS, it is not relied on battery capacity.

Q: What type of charger should i choose?
A: Lithium battery must choose specific charger, don't use charger for leadacid battery, for leadacid charger may have MOS with high pressure breakdown protection, which will not protect of BMS over charge. LiFePo4 battery charger voltage = number of battery strings X 3.6V, while Li-ion battery charger voltage = number of battery strings X 4.2V.

Q: What current BMS should I choose ?
A: Take 10S 36V as example:
What current BMS you choose is depend on your E-bicycle motor power and current limitation of controller,eg.16A for 350W and below, 25A for 500W and below, 35A for 800W and below, 60A for 1000W and below,  over 1200W are contact with our service specialist for suggestion, continue current shall be higher than current limitation in controller.

Q: Do you have Minimum Order Requirement (MOQ)?
A: No, we don't have MOQ. different customer have different requirement ,we can provide various capacity and size as per your requirements, also ODM / OEM is welcome.

Q: What is your term of payment?
A: PayPal, T/T, L/C,Western Union and so on, everything can be talk.

Q: How to contact for BMS?
A: Please send messages at below or E-mail us( and we are always glad to help you with BMS.
