Light Weight Insulating Refractory Brick Standard Brick for Furnace Lining
The Description:
Light heat insulation brick is a relatively light quality with heat insulation function of the brick, the main use is heat insulation, heat insulation, energy saving, reduce heat waste.

1, light fireclay brick

The product is lightweight refractory products, AL2O3 content 30%-46%, belongs to heat insulation firebrick. Clay clinker or light clay clinker and plastic clay produced by the combustible process are the main raw materials. The raw materials are mixed with water to make plastic mud or mud, which is extruded or cast and dried in an oxidizing atmosphere of 1250ºC-1350ºC.

2, light high aluminum brick

Also known as high aluminum insulation brick, it is a lightweight refractory with an alumina content of more than 48% and is mainly composed of mullite and glass or corundum. The bulk density is 0.4~1.359/cm3. The porosity is 66%~73%, and the compressive strength is 1~8MPa. Good shock resistance;

Lightweight high-aluminum bricks are generally made of bauxite clinker, add a small amount of clay, and then molded in the form of mud by gas or foam method after grinding, and fired at 1300~1500ºC. Industrial alumina can sometimes be used to replace some alumina clinker.

The Feature:
1, light firebrick porosity is large, loose organization, can not be used for direct contact with slag and liquid metal parts;

2, the mechanical strength is low, can not be used for load-bearing structures;
