60698 is the latest block modified hydrophilic silicone finishing agent.
It can be applied in the hydrophilic and soft finishing process for various kinds of fabrics of cotton, cotton blends, synthetic fiber, viscose fiber, other chemical fiber, etc., which makes the fabrics soft, plump, silk-like and smooth.

1. Contains no APEO or prohibited chemical substances. Consistent with the European Union standard of Otex-100.
2. Excellent hydrophilicity on cotton and cotton blends. Not influences the hydrophilicity of chemical fiber.
3. Imparts fabrics soft, smooth, exquisite and silk-like hand feeling.
4. Low shade changing and low yellowing.
5. Keeps excellent stability under different pH range and temperature conditions.
