Process characteristics of Huatai oil machinery refining equipment:
1. Continuous alkali refining shortens the contact time of grease and lye, reduces grease saponification, lowers consumption, and improves efficiency;
2. Decolorization adopts a combination of premixing and steam agitation decolorization process to improve decolorization Efficiency, saving the amount of white clay, simple and convenient operation; the negative pressure state prevents the oxygen in the air from contacting the hot oil, guarantees the oil quality, inhibits the rise in acid value, and reduces the peroxide value.
3. Physical refining adopts new continuous deacidification and deodorization, which is suitable for deacidification and deodorization of vegetable oils with high acid value and low colloidal content. The actual production proves that this process has the following remarkable characteristics: strong deacidification ability and good thermal decolorization effect. High refining rate, good oil quality, etc.
4. The process performs multiple heat exchanges, makes full use of the system's thermal energy, and effectively reduces steam consumption.
