Main Features
1. The machine has a splitting system, when the workpiece is finished cutting, the pallet will move away slightly to both sides and cut off the workpiece before the saw blade retires to implement automatic separation, avoiding the saw blade retires to cut into the workpiece again and cause the cutting surface is not smooth or burr, to ensure that the workpiece cutting surface is smooth and burr-free.
(Currently more than 80% of the machines on the market do not have the action of separating the material after cutting, resulting in a less than smooth cutting surface), ensuring a smooth and burr-free cutting surface.
2. The working panel of the cutting machine is made of bakelite, which effectively protects the cut product and avoids scratching the cutting surface when the saw blade is retracted.
3. Separate aluminium cutting machine for cutting tails within 50mm, greatly controlling the waste rate of tails.
4.The use of dust collect and with a fully enclosed protective cover, better collection of aluminium chips, easy 7S management and effective reduction of sawing noise up to 15 dB or more, is a low-noise aluminium cutting machine.
5. Separate aluminium cutting machine spindle accuracy within 0.01mm, workpiece cutting accuracy stable control within ± 0.1mm, especially adapted to Fujire ultra-thin saw blade, each cut can save more than 1.5mm of material, saving material at the same time increase the output many times.
6. All feeding and blade cutting are made with imported square ball linear guides to ensure the stability of the sawing process.
