1. The cell trays is driven by the simulating belt, the tray is transported to the place where being picked, and the empty tray is transported to the rear, which is manually removed; the loading does not need to stop equipment.2. Up to 3 trays can be placed on the feeding conveyor at the same time;
3. The feeding mechanism is composed of a top lifting plate, a lifting cylinder (with a suction cup) and a feeding servo, and the air knife separates the cells
4. After the tray reaches the loading level, the pick/release module will grab the cells one by one and put them into the XY positioning platform. After the XY positioning plate finishing the calibration. The cells is placed by the pick/release suction cup to the soldering belt.
5. When there is no cells on the feeding conveyor, the machine automatically pauses and alarms 5.Machine Maintenance:- Before the compressed air used in the equipment, a dryer must be installed to remove water, oil and other pollutants from the compressed air to avoid damaging the solenoid valve in the equipment. And check regularly whether the dryer can dry the gas source normally. If the customer damages the equipment due to unclean air supply, our company will not be responsible.
- If the total incoming voltage fluctuation of the equipment is too large, more than max or min 5%, a voltage stabilizer is required. Otherwise it will affect the stability of the equipment and the life of the electrical components. (Single-phase voltage 210V--230V, voltage between two phases 360V--400V, if the voltage floats beyond this range, it is necessary to install a voltage stabilizer before the equipment being installed)
- Clean the flux residue of the machine every 12 hours of operation, including cleaning the flux on the soldering belt and soldering roller, reducing the corrosion of the flux on the soldering belt so that can prolonging the belt life. Cleaning flux residue in pre-press belt, string cutter, bending cutter, back-press belt, jaws, soldering needles, etc. Clean the dust on the equipment platform and the parts, such as the suction cup, the air knife, and the fiber of cell tray soaring part.
