1.Overview

3.Product application
Sensing components and the signal processing unit of the product is a whole structure, set up to monitor the flow of continuous adjustment, the monitoring range and velocity, and has nothing to do with the overall flow or velocity.
This product is used for monitoring the following aspects:
(1)Medium flow / reduce the flow rate;
(2)Media presence / absence;
(3)Medium flow / still
Lights in 6 different colors on the panel shows the alarm status
and the trend of velocity, and output switching signal through the
single relay.
The 6 indicator is defined as follows:
(1) 1 red indicator lights: Not reach the setting velocity.
(2) 1 yellow indicator lights: Reach or exceed the set flow rate, the relay start running.
(3) 4 green indicators:When the flow rate exceeds the set flow rate, the indicators would lights in turn from left to right. When the flow rate slows down, the indicator would dies in the opposite order.

5.Installation
1,To install the product, the probe need to be fully immersed in the fluid, if install to a tube with small diameter, please pay attention to avoid push the probe on the tube wall.
2,When the fluid can not be completely filled pipes, product to be installed at the bottom of the tube.
3,If the pipeline has sediments, please install the product at the side wall of the pipe, horizontal installation, to avoid air and sediment
4,Install the product in a straight or curved intersection distance, pipe length should not less than 4 times the diameter of the pipeline.
