Application of rubber belt vulcanizer :
It looks like beam, we also call it beam press, it's used for spot repairs on conveyor belts. Aluminium made. Available for several belt widths from 650 millimetres up to 3200 millimetres (superior dimensions under request). The vulcanizing area is composed by 2 heating platens that hold the heating elements, the temperature probes and the cooling pipes. Quickly removable to make operation easier.
Light safety bolts. Inlaid in the beams, allow a perfect assembly of them. Steel made with safety factor 2 (capable of withstanding twice the maximum load pressure of the beam).

The Sectional vulcanizer offers equipment, which is portable and easy to set-up and remove from the site. A:Normally we accept T/T 30% as deposit before production, pay the rest before delivery.
