Oil chiller adopts the principle of forced air-conditioning cooling to control the oil temperature of mechanical equipment (such as hydraulic oil and lubricating oil) at constant temperature. It is mainly composted of refrigeration system, oil system and automatic control system. The refrigeration system is composted of compressor, thermal expansion valve, Plate heat exchanger evaporator, condenser and welding of refrigeration pipeline. The oil pipeline system is composted of circulating oil pump motor set, plate heat exchanger and oil pipeline. The automatic control system is a man-machine interface with LCD display in Chinese and English which can accurately and timely respond to the operation status of the equipment.
