CMXS Lathe is a new facility for making seal components developed by automatic numberical control and seal technology experts collaboratively,it possesses high strength steel structure and its advantages including stability,high efficiency, auto chip removal and so on. As high accurate principle axis, ball screw,guide rail and automatic lubrication system are adopted in the designing, the lathe is ensured for smooth, steady and precise running with high effectiveness. Also,the auto chip remval system enhances the productivity of the machine, and bring more benefits for customers.
Using the CNC complete system to make the seals you want.
You just need material (such as PTFE&PU&NBR tube) and a CNC machine to produced different interfaces seals.
And the CMXS system software contains 200 regular sections, you can also add unconventional cross sections.
Easy operation, professional CNC knowledge is not required.
