Recommended Design
Jiangsu Amei Plastic Company was established in 2011. The registered capital of the company is 10 million RMB, covering about 60000 square meters. With more than 200 employees, 24 sets of Haitian Plastic Injection machines, 2 automatic painting lines. Our factory is professional on plastic flower pots production and product development.
Injection
Our factory has total 24 sets of Haitian plastic injection machines and has used mechanical arm for injection production(8sets). Daily output can reach to about 50,000 pcs. The size of our products vary from 2in to 30in. We have our own design team and we will design the products based on customers' requests.
Brushing
Our factory has total 50 brushing sites and daily output for each site is 3000pcs. So the daily output for our brushing product is 150,000pcs. The daily output for washing product is about 25,000 pcs.
Spraying
Our factory has total 2 automatic painting lines and 12 hand-made lines. Daily output for each automatic painting line is 16,000pcs/step and for each hand-made line is about 500pcs/step. The daily output for automaticpainting line is 64,000pcs/step and hand-made painting line is 10,000pcs/step.
