Uses: Clorpyrifos-methyl is a broad-spectrum organophosphate insecticide with contact, stomach and fumigation effects and no systemic action. It is used to control pests in stored grain and pests on various leaf crops. It can also be used to control insect pests such as mosquitoes and flies, and has no persistence in soil.
