Main specifications:
DNAY800/1100A model rotogravure printing machine are applicable for BOPP, PET, PVC, PE and combined film and paper with the same properties
1). The main motor of rotogravure printing machine adopts frequency inverter to adjust the speed;
2). The unwinding and rewinding of rotogravure printing press adopts shaft, don't stop the machine, more efficiency;
3)The unwinding shelf of machine adopts magnetic powder tension control and the rewinding shelf adopt torque motor;
4). The pressing roller and traction pressing roller of film printing machine adopts dual cylinder;
5). The scraper adopts dual cylinder, moves horizontally, and adopts motor rotation to make the cam move;
6). The vertical registration adopts clutch. The manual horizontal adjustment amount is 30mm;
7). Plastic film rotogravure printing machine adopt dual fans installed on the board and the air-circulation and heat-recycle device;
8). The material-protecting roller is of high precision, with its surface processed specially, and the roller can be adjusted horizontally;
9). The chassis adopts combined type to increase the stability of the machine;
