Equipment introduction
The GX-200 capping machine is a new generation of capping equipment designed and manufactured by our company for the production line of the tablet and the automatic capping process. It is different from the previous intermittent capping machine, which overcomes the shortcomings of the intermittent capping machine, the screw cap is slow, the screw cap is not tight and the applicable range is small. The machine adopts a new process such as straight-line feeding, automatic falling cover, and uninterrupted screw cap.
When using a semi-automatic GX machine, the operator simply places the cap on the bottle opening and the bottle cap is automatically tightened by the three sets of rotating wheels during forward running.
The GX can also be easily upgraded to a fully automatic capping machine. We have a lift-type, oscillating and other capping system that can be selected according to actual needs.
