The YC917 Towel fabric air-jet loom has an advanced control system to provide the strongest support on weaving towel fabrics.
By combine the high- tech and electronic controls, the YC917 towel air-jet loom has the same high- speed performance as YC910, and with the new "Reed Operate" Towel Weaving technology, Spark's Towel Fabric Air-jet loom is capable to carry the future of towel fabric weaving industry, it is the best choice for weaving high quality of towel fabrics.
YC917 Towel fabric air-jet loom is a high speed, high weaving range, easy to operate product.
YC917 has been optimized with stronger machine structures, shedding systems, high performance weft insertions and warping system, with the well balanced "Controllable Seven-links Beating Mechanism" by our experienced engineers to making sure our new products are perfectly ready for the market.

Energy saving:
The YC917 has upgrade the overall nozzle system. Achieved the "Low-pressure weft insertion" mechanism. And using accumulation flow cavity to control the elicit on the main nozzles, cutting nozzle and regular nozzles, also apply the "1 drag 2" system to short the air travels to minimum. Overall measures reduced the air consumption about 10% compare with old products.

Weaving range:
Electric drum feeding device has high speed tracking ability equip with positive yarn spread mechanism, so it can fit for the most weft yarn types to operating properly. 
Diversification:
The YC917 air-jet loom can control the terry length, automatically control the fabric's weight. It can set 28 types of terry settings, so it can easily to weaving the fabrics with different terry length and wave terry. The program can also setting the terry cycle, it can weave 4 picks to 7 picks terry towels, greatly increase the flexibility of towel pattern design.
Ground warping control:
To improve quality and rich the texture, you can set the multi-level ground warping controls on the keyboard to improve the selvedge beating performance.
You can also set different beating actions to improve the fabric texture.
