High Silica Filtering Disc foe Molten Steel Solution
The fiberglass mesh, 360~380g/m2 and mesh size 1.5mm/8 mesh, 2mm/7mesh or 2.5mm/6mesh, is made of high silica roving (SiO2 >/= 96%) in 3D weave way with the phenolic resin coating under high temperature (1660ºC). It is used for filtering impurity when the molten steel pours down. It can be match with pouring cap and resists high impact. We can die mould to process it as per clients' drawing. It is like a hat.
