WPC profile production line is mainly used to produce WPC(PVC, PE, PP & wood) profile, WPC decking, WPC flooring and other shaped profiles.

Normaly WPC profile machine is composed by extruder, mould, vacuum calibration table, haul-off and cutter, stacker. With different mould, WPC profile machine can produce WPC products with different shapes, Mould designed by different kinds of profile customer required.

Customer benefits from our extruder machine: The machines have an extremely high output rate. Wear rates on the processing unit are low. Plastics impart increased weathering resistance to natural fibre products and the end products therefore have a longer service life.
