Fixed bed reactors are widely used in various evaluations of catalysts and reaction process conditions under gas-solid phase or trickle flow conditions, including catalyst screening, composition screening and optimization of multi-component catalysts, reaction conditions and process optimization, catalyst life inspection, etc. The overall system of the fixed-bed reactor integrates automatic control, information processing and other technologies, and uses the pipeline of material research and development to greatly increase the scientific research capacity. It is more compact, more integrated, smarter and more expandable than the traditional single-tube reactor.
Basic Configuration Requirements
The device consists of a gas feed unit, a liquid phase feed unit, a reaction unit and a product separation and collection unit. The two paths of gas are metered by the mass flow controller and then enter the gas mixer for online mixing and then enter the reaction unit; one path of the liquid is metered by the metering pump and then mixed with the gas and then enters the reaction unit; the reactor adopts a fixed bed reactor, controlled by an isothermal heating furnace Reaction temperature; the product from the reaction unit enters the condenser for condensation, and then separates the gas and liquid phase by the gas-liquid separation tank. The liquid-phase product is discharged from the bottom of the gas-liquid separation tank, and the uncooled gas enters the back pressure valve to adjust the pressure and then empty.

Main Configuration List:
Reaction furnace: 1 set. The heating furnace adopts a three-stage isothermal electric heating furnace. The temperature of each furnace is independently controlled to ensure that the constant temperature section of the reaction zone is long enough and can achieve programmed temperature rise. The furnace insulation material adopts high temperature resistant and high density ceramic fiber material. Good thermal insulation effect.
