1. Description Designed by Cement Department of China Building material Science and Research Institute, the mixer is one of the standard equipment specified in (ISO) GB/T 17671-1999 for cement mortar mixing to prepare the cement specimen. Also it conforms to ASTM and JIS for mixing cement paste and mortar.

Net weight: 70kg 3. Structure and Principle of Operation 3.1. Structure The mixer is composed of the two-speed motor, pot for sand, drive box, main shaft, mixing blade, bowl, bottom seat, column, supporting frame and controller. (see attached figure)
3.2. Principle of Operation The two-speed motor, connected with the gear reducer, derives the main shaft to make the eccentric seat rotate synchronously. The mixing blade fixed on the eccentric seat will be revoluted and rotated around the ring gear as well. The bowl will be raised by the handle and located with eccentric achute on the frame. Sand filling can be automatic or manual. 4. Hoisting and Installation 4.1. No hoisting device is provided for the mixer. 4.2 It is necessary to place the mixer onto the platform, the surface of which being plane. A layer of rubber board with thickness of 5-8 mm should be cushioned between the platform and the mixer.
