Product Description
Powdered activated carbon includes two kinds of materials: coal-based powdered activated carbon
and wood powdered activated carbon. The raw materials of the two are high-quality anthracite,
sawdust, nut shell, etc. The finished product is refined through a series of processes such as
carbonization and activation, and has the characteristics of excellent adsorption capacity and
ow impurity content.
Powdered activated carbon has a faster adsorption speed than coal/column activated carbon, so
it is favored in water plants, sewage treatment plants, food and beverage, printing and dyeing
textile industries, chemical plants and other industries.
Powdered activated carbon is black powder in appearance, has a large specific surface area, strong
adsorption capacity, and has excellent decolorization, purification and purification properties. In
addition, coal powder activated carbon is also the main material of activated carbon filter felt and
activated carbon foam.

Application
Water purification
Powdered activated carbon has extremely fast adsorption speed and has flocculation effect and filter-aid effect, so it is often used in water purification treatment in water plants, sewage treatment plants, etc.
Depigmentation of medicine
Powdered activated carbon has the characteristics of less impurities and high purity, and is often used in the decolorization, impurity removal and refining of pharmaceuticals, food additives, monosodium glutamate, chemicals, beverages and other products.
sugar decolorization
Powdered activated carbon is insoluble in general solvents, and the finished activated carbon made by chemical method is used for decolorization and purification of sugars such as glucose, sucrose and maltose.
Organic solvent treatment
Powdered activated carbon combined with coagulant polyaluminum chloride or flocculant polyacrylamide can make the sedimentation more thorough. The removal, purification and refining of macromolecular pigments in chemical products are very effective.
