Description of Waste Heat Boiler:
H Finned pipe waste heat boiler: is the high efficient energy saving equipment for flue gas waste heat recovery of generator sets. The waste heat boiler is adopted H finned pipe to strengthen the extended heating surface of the heat transfer components, the heating surface of both sides of water pipe can be greatly increased, meanwhile the strong turbulence formed by the flue gas flowing through the surface of H finned pipe can improve the heat transfer efficiency and reduce the soot accumulation, the waste heat boiler is with advantages of compact structure, high heat efficiency, long working life, safe and reliable features, simply maintenance. Now it has been used for hundreds of different gas-fired generator sets, achieved considerable economic benefits.
Features of Waste Heat Boiler:
Fins are adopted unique zigzag structure, and with high welding quality. Our H finned pipe is with high welding fusion rates, large tensile strength of its welding joints, low contact resistance, good heat transfer performance, smooth and esthetic surface.
Maximized to extend the heating area. Comparing to the spiral finned pipe, H finned pipe has stronger heating surface expansion capability. It can maximize to expand heating area, in the case of balancing ribbing efficiency and investment, maximizing overall performance and cost effective, while the height of the spiral finned pipe is restricted by fins material, so the extension area is limited. On other aspects, H finned pipes can arrange more heat transfer area in limited area to save space.
The expansion area of H finned pipe is larger 37% than that of spiral finned pipe at the same fins' distance and height. Fins winding is difficult if the height of spiral finned pipe is increased, while H finned pipe won't increase the manufacture difficulty. So for designers, in a limited space to increase heating area, spiral finned pipe can only choose to reduce the fin distance, while H finned pipe can both reduce the fin distance or increase the fin height, so the H finned pipe can be convenient to adjust the heating area.
High heat transfer efficiency. The welding fusion rate of fins with steel pipes can reach up to 95%. low contact resistance, good heat transfer performance.
