   High Efficient Plastic Machine HDPE Pipe Extruder


High Efficient Plastic Extruder is applicable for extrusion of PE, PP, PB, PERT, ABS pipes or plates.

1. Gearbox with China's largest gearbox brand Jiangsu Guomao gearbox, speed ratio 16: 1, motor speed to the screw can reach 90 rpm, while the ordinary reducer speed ratio of 20: 1, 70 per minute turn, to ensure that the SJ-75/33 extruder 300 kg per hour extrusion volume.

2. Motor and gearbox shaft connection, greatly improving the belt connection slip caused by power transmission losses.

3. A flange is added between the gearbox and the screw, blocking the heat transfer. Cylinder feeding part of the water jacket design, length 800 mm, played a lower temperature, to ensure that forward movement of raw materials.
