This Fully automatic roll feeding paper bag making machine with twisted rope handle is designed to manufacture square bottom paper bags from paper roll in blank or printed. Side gluing, tube forming, cutting, bottom creasing, bottom gluing, bottom forming and final product out feed can be completed within one time by this machine. It is ideal equipment for making paper bag for food -stuff bag, shopping bag and so on. Controlled by PLC system, equipped with in-touch screen and servo motor for bag length control, this machine can produce different size paper bag.

- Unwinding adopts the Italian ST correction system and constant tension control system, which has a fast response speed, and the correction saves time and raw materials.
- The side glue adopts automatic glue spraying, and the glue spraying process continuously glues, the glue amount is convenient to adjust and the glue amount is stable.
- The paper tube forming adopts an integrated tube forming adjustment structure, which can be adjusted in one or two directions. The adjustment is simple, convenient, fast, and stable.
- The cutting traction adopts the German REXROTH servo motor to control and adjust the paper bag size.The cutting adopts a high-speed uniform rotating cutter to cut through a serrated knife or a flat knife. The appearance of the paper bag cut is smooth and beautiful.
- The bottom of the bag: After the bottom of the bag is opened, the clamp on the drum will open, and the folding knife will press the opened bottom of the bag into the clamp to complete the bottom folding.
- 6.Bottom pasting adopts a non-glue tank bottom automatic gluing device, equipped with bottom glue position detection photoelectric eye, automatic glue filling, quantitative glue filling, no need to clean glue when shutting down, solving excessive glue leakage and shutting down to clean up the glue time.
- The bag collection is controlled by a servo motor and has a flattening function, which makes the finished bag easy to organize and pack.The automatic counting function can be set, and the counting is accurate.
