CB36A High Energy Centrifugal Barrel Machine Finishing System is the most efficient barrel tumbling equipment. With the compact design and small footprint, they feature 4 small, removable barrels. Each barrel has independent space with removable PU insert. This is good for separate small batches finishing.
If you purchase the second set barrels, your operator can load one set barrel while the machine runs another set at the same time. This can drastically reduce the idle time of the machine.
Either aggressive material removal or mirror polishing, CB36A series machine can achieve the desired isotropic finish in a shorter time. After finishing, the entire parts' surface is smooth and even in all directions, and it hard to achieve by hand polishing.
