Q2: How many years warranty for your mechanical seals?
A: Usually, there is no warranty for products such as seals, because there is no way to repair the damage. We will try our best to do a good job after sales.

A: For normal products, we don't have MOQ request; For customized products, special products or if you have special requirements like materials .

A: We trained each of our worker to be the best QC, should responsible for each piece of products made by self. Meanwhile, we have strict raw materials come inspection, each lot raw materials can be traced; and we have 100% process inspection, 100% surface inspection and each lot of goods only can be loaded after receive the finished products Inspection report from our lab.
