Energy-saving induction heating furnace

Equipment purpose:
1.Heating before forging:
used for heating before forging of gear, ring gear, half shaft connecting rod,bearing, shackle,rigging and other products
2.Oline heating:
pipeline anti-corrosion spraying, blue brittle blanking of bar stock,online tempering of steel (wire) pipe, ect.
3.Local heating:
bending of U-bolt, thermal assembly of drum, bending of steel pipe and other production heating processes.

Performance features:
1. the power consumption can reach below 360 kw/h
2.simple production operation, flexible incoming and outgoing materials, high degree of automation, online production can be realized.
3.high heating speed, less oxidation and decarburization, high efficiaency and good forging quality
4.wokpiece heating lenght, speed, temperature ect. can be accurately controlled 
5.uniform heating of workpiece,small temperature difference between core and surface, high control accuracy
6.integrated design of inductor and furnace body, quick change connector for different inductor design, easy to change
7.comprehesive energy-saving and optimized design , low energy consumption , high efficiency and lower production cost than coal burning
8.meet the requirments of environmental protection, with small pollution, and reduce the labour intensity of workers.
