GGD type fixed enclosed low-voltage switchgear is suitable for the power station, substation, industrial and mining enterprises and other power users. AC 50/60 Hz, rated working voltage to 660V, rated working current to 3150A. Structural Feature1. Cabinet structure
The body of the GGD cabinet adopts the form of a general cabinet, and the frame is assembled by partial welding of 8MF cold-formed steel. The parts of the general cabinet are designed according to the principle of the module, and there are 20-mold mounting holes. The general coefficient is high, which can make the factory realize large Mass production. The GGD cabinet is designed with full consideration of the heat dissipation problem during the operation of the cabinet. There are different numbers of heat dissipation slots at the upper and lower ends of the cabinet, so that the sealed cabinet forms a natural ventilation channel from bottom to top to achieve the purpose of heat dissipation. According to the requirements of modern industrial product art design, GGD cabinet adopts the golden ratio method to design the cabinet shape and the division size of each part to make the whole cabinet beautiful and generous. The cabinet door is connected with the cabinet body with a hinged hinge, which is easy to install and disassemble. A mountain-shaped rubber-plastic strip is embedded outside the folding edge of the door to prevent direct collision between the door and the cabinet body and improve the protection level of the door; The GGD cabinet uses HD13BX and HS13BX rotary operating knife switches, which enable the operating door of the cabinet to be opened, which is convenient for manufacturing and maintenance. The top cover of the cabinet can be removed when needed to facilitate the assembly and adjustment of the main busbar on site. The four corners of the cabinet top are equipped with lifting rings for lifting and installation; The protection level of the cabinet is IP30, and it can also be selected between IP20-IP40 according to user requirements.
2.Busbar System
The main bus of the device configuration is placed on the upper part of the cabinet. The cabinet is equipped with an independent PE protective grounding system and N neutral conductor, both of which run through the entire device. The neutral bus bar and the protective grounding bus bar are installed parallel to the lower part of the cabinet, and there are holes on the PE/N row. The protective grounding or neutral cables of each loop can be connected nearby. If the N wire and PE wire are separated by an insulator, the N wire and PE wire are used separately. If in a three-phase four-wire system, the neutral bus and the protective grounding bus share the same bus (PEN line). In order to further improve the dynamic stability of the main circuit, a ZMJ type combined bus clamp and insulation support for the GGD cabinet are designed. The busbar clamp is made of high-strength, high flame-retardant PP0 alloy material, with high insulation strength, good self-extinguishing performance, and unique structure: it can be easily combined into a single busbar clamp or a double busbar clamp by adjusting the building block. The insulating support is a sleeve type molded structure with low cost and high strength. The busbar connection in the cabinet is connected with fasteners, and the screw should face the back of the cabinet (see installation and debugging requirements for specific requirements)
3.Protective grounding system
The cabinet frame is welded with grounding bolts to connect with the grounding bar that penetrates the entire cabinet. The instrument door equipped with electrical components is connected to the frame with multiple strands of soft copper wire. The mounting parts in the frame and the frame are connected with knurled screws to make The whole cabinet becomes a complete grounding protection circuit.
