FAQ
1. Client : How could I buy from you?
Us : Choosing a favorite modle in my catalog of Website, send your samples and specification to us for copying information. Almost 5 work-days later, samples and quotation will be offered. Once you confirm samples and PI, place orders and pay the advance, we will start manufacturing. After we have the balance from you, products are ready for shipment.
2. Client : Do you have MOQ?
Us : Yes, except the multifunction remote control and very specific product, more than 1000pcs will be better.
3. Client : What's the lead-time of my order?
Us: As usual, 25-30days is enough for each order. It base on the remote type you choose and the quantity, multifunction remotes must spend more time.
4. Client : What about the After-sales Service?
Us: IR/RF remotes : 1 year, Bluetooth/2.4G : 2-3 years. In our system, all products have to be ensured 100% good before delivery, and each order, enough free spares will be supplied. Based on the different circumstances, we will choose to repair or replace rejects.
