MT-1 Type Iron Oxide Desulphurizer at normal temperature: Which is made of ferric oxide as the main active group and added with many different promoter, it has the characteristics of large sulfur capacity, high purification degree, good strength, water not slime, easy regeneration, even in the harsh conditions of anaerobic and ammonia-free, can also remove hydrogen sulfide with high precision, and also have certain removal effect on organic sulfur.
MT-2 Type Compound Iron Oxide Desulphurizer: On the basis of MT-1, a unique production process was used to add a small number of highly active parts with high desulfurization precision, quick reaction speed, wide desulfurization range and large sulfur content under anaerobic conditions.
MT-3 Type Biogas Special Desulfurizer: We based on the unique nature of biogas, produce and develop a special high efficiency desulfurizer, with good selectivity, sulfur bulk (Working sulfur capacity is greater than 30%), high desulfurization accuracy, not mud, easy to regenerate.
Iron Hydroxide Desulfurizer adopts our company's industrial synthetic iron hydroxide as the active component, add into special additives. The Penetration Sulfur Capacity is ≥30%. Meanwhile, it has the characteristics of high purification degree, high strength, and no degradation with water.The product has a high sulfur capacity and it can reduce the secondary pollution and replacement times.
Packaging
Desulfurization is a chemical process for the removal of sulfur from a material. This involves either the removal of sulfur from a molecule (e.g. A=S → A:) or the removal of sulfur compounds from a mixture such as biogas, methane and oil refinery streams. These processes are of great industrial and environmental importance as they provide the bulk of sulfur used in industry, sulfur-free compounds that could otherwise not be used in a great number of catalytic processes, and also reduce the release of harmful sulfur compounds into the environment, particularly sulfur dioxide (SO2) which leads to acid rain, and hydrogen sulfide (H2S) which leads to poison, even death.
Dry desulfurization system is kind of standard equipment we designed and produced. According to the content of H2S in gas, the actual content of gas, the life cycle of absorbent, and other relevant data, we will specially design the system structure for customers.
