The gypsum slab production lines use high accurate hard chrome-plating and automatic scraping device, so as to produce the hollow core and solid gypsum slabs according to clients' requirements. The production lines have accurate size, nice shapes and the production capacity is enhanced greatly as well.
Characteristics of the gypsum slab production line
1 Development and application of the new high-speed mixer. High speed mixer aims at shortening the gypsum slurry time (mix average within 10 seconds), helps to make full use of gypsum slurry liquidity, so don't have to add the retarder. Application of reverse discharging speeds up the pulp out of discharge, and makes gypsum fully flow in the mold. The appearance size of gypsum block has a high precision, ensuring the product quality and accuracy.
2 Easy to form a complete set. Except the special parts for the production line, the other parts can use the Chinese standard equipment. The quality is controlled in accordance with the ISO9001 strictly. Key electronic components adopt international famous company high quality products, guaranteeing to provide customers high quality, reliable operation of equipment.
3 The scale of production and the area of the plant is moderate and match the automation and the mechanization of the production line, which is easy to manage the whole production line process.

Introduction for Stacking equipment after drying process
How this package system works:
After the gypsum blocks come out of the drying room, the No. 1 manipulator needs to be used to grab a mold (that is total 60 blocks) and place them on the merging platform;
When the two rows of blocks are pulled apart horizontally, they are divided into two rows of 30 blocks each;
When the left and right groups of blocks are pulled apart longitudinally, they are divided into 15 left and right blocks;
Use the No. 2 manipulator to grab the separate groups of gypsum blocks(2 groups, 15 blocks and 15 blocks) and place them directly on the two corresponding pallets at one time.
Repeat the action twice, then place 30 gypsum blocks on each pallet and transport them to the package area by forklift.

The specification and the price of the gypsum slab production line is designed by buyer's quality, production capacity and raw materials requirements.
2.
Due to the different equipment manufacturers, equipment power will fluctuate.The power in the chart is only for your reference.
3.
The price does not include the gypsum powder silo, which is buyer's responsible.
4.
The price does not include the foundation works, warehouse, transformer.
5.
Seller will provide the layout drawings, technology drawings, foundation drawings, electrical drawingsand so on after signing contract and received the advance payment from the buyer, within 10 days.
6.
Price does not include the engineers round-trip airfare and visa fees, wages, accommodation, etc.
Installed salary: USD120/DAY/PERSON
Installation&commissioning staff: 2 persons,
The buyer need to allocate local workers for installation help.
Remark:If buyer wants to install the machinery by their own workers, can dispatch workers to the project appointed by seller to study. Seller has the responsible to dispatch 1-2 engineers to buyer's project to direct when buyer's installation
7. Whole time schedule
--production time: 80-90 working days after received the advance payment from buyer
--Installation time: 25-30 working days
8. The training is free of charge , and seller engineer will on duty to train buyer worker ,but the buyer should burden the wage.
