Flexible die are made of internationally advanced precision processing equipment and special steel imported from Germany. In a constant temperature, constant humidity and clean workshop, experienced senior technicians create pieces of magnetic blades that are comparable to handicrafts, with long service life and high flatness. Suitable for die-cutting all kinds of adhesive materials, cardboard die-cutting, such as packaging boxes, paper cups; RFID tag/tag die cutting; Die cutting of electronic protective film, etc.
The unique blade bending design ensures that the blade is close to the magnetic roller, ensuring the die cutting quality.

Special processing technology:
Chromium plating coating - to improve durability and ensure super life;
Non stick coating - ultra-thin film anti stick coating reduces adhesive and ink adhesion, and is easy to clean;

Chrome coating could make the cut line harden and lengthen the life time of flexible die much more.  This is very helpful for
die cutting thermal paper, printing paper and long term orders especially .
