ROUND BOTTLES LABELING MACHINE
1. APPLICATION
This machine is a new design automatic capping machine for seaming aluminum zip-top lid on bottles or jars.
the container material can be paper wrapped jars, plastic jars, tin can, aluminum can,
high performance, stable working, easy to operate and maintenance,
widely used in snack food, beverage, pharmacy, chemical industries.
2. CHARACTERISTICS
1) United control system: only bottles come in, will the caps be feed; if no bottles, it won't feed caps.
2) Main machine speed is no-level adjusted by converter, PLC and touch screen control.
3) Cap detector: if the caps runs out, the machine will stop automatically, to protect the machines and bottles.
4) Main parts and cover are made of SS304, sanitary for food contact.
5) Nitrogen filler, speeder, plastic cap presser is avaliable
