Product Description

1. Brief Introduction of Double Ends Rotary Stamping Tube End Forming Machine

(a)This equipment is suitable for double-head forming and processing of the nozzle of copper pipes. The main punch mechanism is divided into eight stations, seven straight punches and one rotary punch; the auxiliary punch includes a straight punch mechanism, which is suitable for flaring, necking and chamfering.

(b)It is mainly composed of a numerical control system, a servo system and a hydraulic system control. It adopts an eight-station rotary disc punch for direct-punch hydraulic forming, including one station as a rotary chamfering station, and a secondary station for cold forging processing.

(c)The equipment has the function of tempo pause or continuous processing, which can be selected and switched.

(d)With automatic alarm function, when the equipment fails during operation, it will alarm.

(e)When changing products, the mold change is convenient, fast and accurate.

(a)Check the air / oil pressure and the condition of each fastener daily to ensure reliable use.

(b)Regularly lubricate moving parts and keep the equipment tidy.

(c)Clean the dust of the equipment regularly to avoid affecting the operation and product quality.


(d)The normal working time of the equipment is calculated from 8-10 hours per day. If the working time is longer due to production, the inspection and update of wearing parts, motors and other accessories should be strengthened to ensure the stability of the equipment.

(a)Product quality is guaranteed for one year, (except for man-made or abnormal use) wearing parts are not included in the scope of warranty. For details, please refer to the "Vulnerable Parts List" in the instruction manual.

(b)The products are delivered to the customer's designated location (domestic) on time, and the freight is borne by the supplier.

(c)The buyer provides equipment debugging materials to the supplier, and the cost incurred shall be borne by the buyer (material cost, freight).

(d)This product comes with a manual and a set of molds (if you need to customize other specifications of molds, the cost will be quoted separately).

(e)The demand side's production workshop shall provide power voltage, compressed air source and grounding devices that comply with electrical specifications; the demand side shall configure the cables and air pipes connected to the equipment by itself.

(f)The circulating cooling water, hydraulic oil (recommended to use No. 46 brand hydraulic oil), lubricating oil, and cooling oil required by the equipment shall be purchased by the buyer at his own discretion.
