The filter press includes: plate and frame filter press, program controlled automatic chamber filter press, automatic membrane filter press,belt filter press and so on. Stainless steel filter includes high efficiency sealed plate filter,candle style filter,PA/PE micro hole filter,automatic washing filter,multiple media filter,bag filter and cartridge filter and so on. Yuwei Candle Filter
Candle filter is also called filter cake layer filter, it is composed of the vertical vessel and vertically filter units. The filter units consist of poriferous petaloid filter cartridge and filter cloth. The real filter medium are the filter cloth and filter cake layers that covering the filter cartridge . The entire filter process is totally sealed without any spillage or environment pollution. It can realize automatic filtration, feeding washing & air drying, and air back blowing to discharge residuals at one time. The filter process is in high speed and zero pollution, it brings largest economic benefit.
Candle filter is a fully closed filter system. Its main parts are the material tank, air storage tank, feeding pump, candle filter, pipes, valves, PLC electric control system.
The materia can be carbon steel, SUS304 and SUS 316.
According to the nature and temperature of the material filtered, the O-ring' s material can be customized to meet your needs.
Candle filter has a wide range of applications. Not only can be used in industries such as fine chemicals, plastics, fuel, electroplating, grease, lubricants, ceramics, glass, pharmaceuticals, sugar industry but also can be used in industries such as precious metals, catalysts and solid recovery
