Product Description

Ii. Performance characteristics
1.This product is a non - formaldehyde cationic environmental protection color fixing agent.
2.For reactive or direct red, dark brown, blue, black fastening effect is particularly prominent.
3.Can improve the wet fastness, washing fastness and rubbing fastness.
4.Almost does not affect the fastness to the sun.
5.It will not harden the handled fabric.
6.The effect on color light is minimal.
Iii. Scope of application
Dedicated to reactive dyes dyeing or printing solid color treatment.
Iv. Application process: (for reference only)
This product is a concentrated color fixing agent. It is recommended to mix one portion of raw materials with 3 to 4 portions of water.
1. Impregnation process: general dosage 0.15-0.4% (O.W.F)
PH 5-7
The temperature of 40 ºC to 60 ºC
Time: 20-30 minutes;
2. Rolling process: 1.5-5g/L is the general dosage.
According to the color and color of the fabric itself washing fastness to determine the amount of different, the specific process of the user through the sample as appropriate.
Matters needing attention
1.The dyed material must be thoroughly washed and soaped before fixing.
2.Can not be used with anion products in the same bath, so as not to affect the effect of color fixation.
