Product Description
Allulose, an epimer of fructose, is a monosaccharide that exists in nature but in very small amounts, also known as rare sugar.
Allulose can be used in baked goods, confectionery, sweet sauces, dairy products, ice cream, desserts, beverages and other products.
Sweeteners: Compared with other zero-calorie natural sweeteners, the biggest advantage of allulose is that it is similar to sucrose in properties and functions, and it is safe enough and like "sugar" enough that it can be used in other sweeteners. Excellent sugar replacement results are also obtained in difficult applications, such as baked goods.
Application: Allulose is currently being widely used in various new products, and sweets, dairy products, and beverages are the most common applications.
