Product Description

The double flange power transmission joint is composed of loose flange expansion joint, short pipe flange, power transmission screw and other components, which can reduce the pressure thrust (blind plate force) of the connected parts and compensate the installation error of the pipeline. The double flange power transmission joint cannot absorb the axial displacement.

Double flange power transmission joint is mainly used for loose sleeve connection of pump, valve and other accessories. The double flange loose sleeve power transmission joint is composed of loose sleeve expansion joint, short pipe flange, power transmission screw and other components. It can transmit the pressure thrust (blind plate force) of the connected parts and compensate the pipeline error, and cannot absorb the axial displacement. It is important for loose tube connection of pump, valve, pipeline and other accessories.

The product is composed of main parts such as body, sealing ring, gland, telescopic short pipe, etc. It is applicable to adjust the installation length of both ends of the product and flange when installing in the pipeline that both sides are connected with flanges. Tighten the gland bolts diagonally and evenly to form a whole with a certain displacement to facilitate adjustment according to the on-site size when installing and maintaining. During operation, the reverse axial thrust can be transmitted to the whole pipeline.

This product is suitable for transporting sea water, fresh water, cold and hot water, drinking water, domestic sewage, crude oil, fuel oil, lubricating oil, product oil, air, gas, steam and granular powder with temperature not higher than 250 degrees.

The double flange power transmission joint is easy to install, convenient for valve installation, and can withstand the axial tension of the pipeline.
