Endless Felt (Blanket) for Textile Compacting Machine is made of nomex fiber, polyester fiber, wool fiber. This kind of felt is the main component of the textile machines, such as heat transfer printing, sanforizing, calendering, etc. Compactor felts are used in the compactor machines to facilitate the pre-shrinkage and stabilization of knitted fabrics and improve the fabric handle.

Available thickness froms 16mm to 22mm is suitable for all brands of compacting calenders.

   It is 6 months guaranteed and basically our products can be used around one year in a normal condition, also it depends on your scale of production and your use behavior.

   Normally, our products are packed with PP woven bags with waterproofing.
