Product Description
The baluster is made of SS304 or SS316. For interior project, both SS304 and SS316 are good enough for the job, but we recommend to use SS316 for outdoor project or near to coast, which is more anti-rust than SS304. Satin(brushed) and mirror(polished) surface treatments are available for different decoration style. There are 33.7mm, 38.1mm, 42.4mm, 48.3mm and 50.8mm diameter of tubes for your choice.
Samples
Samples are charged at double price plus courier freight; Sample costs refunded against subsequent Purchase Order.
Samples arranged time 3 - 5 days after receiving payment.
Order Procedure
1. Valid quotation provided by Kingmetal company.
2. Price and samples, drawings and production times are confirmed by you.
3. We'll arrange a Purchase Order with you as confirmation.
4. Arrange to pay the deposit on your order and send us the bank receipt.
5. Once we receive payment, we will arrange samples according to your requirements. We will send you drawings and / or sample products for your approval.
6. Once approved, we will start production and inform you of the estimated completion time.
7. At approximately half-way through, we will contact you again to inform you the status of the order and reconfirm the estimated time again.
8. When your order is complete, we'll inform you that we have finished production.
9. We arrange to ship the goods and send a copy of the Bill of Lading document to you so that you can arrange to pay the balance of the order.
10. After delivery, we'd appreciate some feedback about the quality of our service, including market research and suggestions to improve our process.
Q: Are your products in stock?
A: Some are kept in stock, but some are produced according to your orders.
Q: What's your fast delivery time?
A: As usual, casting ones need 35-45days according to quantities, machining ones need 25-35days, tubes need 20days. Please kindly advise us in advance if you need urgently, then we will try best to catch early time.
Q: How could we know the production process?
A: Our sales team will update the process to you every week, and the photos will be sent for your reference before delivery.
