Autoclaved Aerated concrete AAC has been used all over the world .Firstly produced in terms of industrial means in sweden in 1923.It is a unique building concept , available in today's market with innumerable building advantages.
AAC (autoclaved aerated concrete ) blocks main raw materials are siliceous materials (sand ,fly ash and silicon tailings) and calcium materials (lime and cement)mixed with foaming agent ( aluminum powder).It is the product of light porous silicate though the following processes :raw materials batching,slurry processing ,powder preparation and storage,mixing and pouring ,hardening curing ,cutting and grouping , autoclaving, packaging ect. Because of large amount of well-distributed tiny pores after foaming,it is named autoclaved aerated concrete.
AAC type:in general ,it can be classified according to the types of raw materials ,based on the shape of aac products ,it can be divided into:AAC blocks and AAC panels ,ALC panels . AAC is light weight concrete that is produced under special circumstances ,by adding aluminum paste which creates a porous shape into the mixture of cement,fly ash,water and limestone .AAC is very firm and the most durable construction materials that provides heat insulation by its porous texture,security against earthquakes through its lightweight structure , and safety sgainst fire by its non-flammable quality .AAC building products can be used for all applications including every type of masonry walls ,roofs and floors .AAC is preferred especially in many developed countries such as all EU countries ,USA, Japan <Russia,Australia,and all Gulf countries and kingdom of saudi arabia ,and most developing countries .

Being 8 times the size of a clay brick, AAC wall construction involves 1/3 the joints, thus an overall mortar saving up to 66%.Its automatic manufacturing process gives AAC an exceptional dimensional accuracy & smooth surfaces, eliminating need of three-coat plaster walls and allows for a final 6 mm skim coat (putty/POP).
6. Fire Resistant
Best in class fire rating of 4 hours. The melting point of AAC is over 1600 ºc, more than twice the typical temperature in a
building fire of 650 ºc.
